Ardex Healthcare Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join our team on a day shift, full-time or part-time basis. As an RN with Ardex Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to our patients during the day shift hours.
Responsibilities:
– Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
– Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns
– Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care interventions
– Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
– Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
– Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during the day shift
Requirements:
– Valid RN license in Missouri
– 0-2 years of experience as an RN
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
