Ardex Healthcare Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team on a night shift, full-time or part-time basis. As an LPN with Ardex Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to our patients during the night shift hours.
Responsibilities:
– Administer medication and treatment as ordered by healthcare professionals
– Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns
– Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
– Assist with the coordination of diagnostic tests and procedures
– Accurately document patient information and maintain medical records
– Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
– Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during the night shift
Requirements:
– Valid LPN license in Missouri
– 0-2 years of experience as an LPN
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
